Carnelian amulets and necklace

Carnelian is a type of orange or red stone used in jewelry and amulets.  I was sold a combo necklace purported to be "Roman" or "Egyptian" (the seller could not tell).  He must have stocks of these in storage. Plus add some "Egyptian Mummy Beads" for effect.

The other items here are a common "Thutmose 3" Scarab and a "Papyrus scepter amulet from the Amarna Period."
