Conclusion

So by now you realize what I endured with this falsity of History.  My College Professor died with this on his lips, you cannot bring him back either.  If you are out there wondering why this happened, do not be shocked.  Con-artists have always existed in Human history.  If any items listed here are real (not likely) it would be a miracle, but since my DNA is Ancient Egyptian I would be its rightful owner, or next of kin.

Propaganda

The following came with some items, as if to prove authenticity of the items.

T3 Scarab Amulet

On closer examination of the Thutmose 3 Scarab Amulet:

It is legible in the glyphs.  Men-Kheperu-Ra.  With "AmonRa" inscription.  The Papyrus Scepter is on the right, a small greenish bead "from 18th Dynasty, Amarna Period."

Carnelian Scarab

This Carnelian Stone Scarab was "18th Dynasty" Period.  Now does this look it?

It also has no inscription.  A real one would have at least a name.

Isis with infant Horus amulet on Faience Mummy beads

Isis with infant Horus bead on a string of Faience mummy beads,  with an Eye of Horus amulet.

The beads are not 3000 years old.  I have real ones from a different company that at least look the part. Eyes of Horus were a popular amulet of protection.

Roman Intaglio and Amulets

Another item was this "Roman Carnelian Intaglio" - a  portrait (Pompey the Great) of a Roman used as a bezel in a ring.

Other Amulets: Scarab, Eyes of Horus, etc. The Scarab has no real inscription on its bottom.  Both are stone or ceramic.

Wooden Headrest

An Egyptian Wooden Headrest:  I wanted one to rest on once.  It had a circular marking on its top, like someone had a drill on it or was polishing it.

How well does Ancient wood stand up?  This one looked like it had weather damage or water damage.  Also it has a scent to it that I cannot determine.

More Fake Faience, Snake Rings, & Prehistoric

Some Faience necklaces that look too modern to be ancient, 3 oroboros or Snake rings (Oroboros is a Greek Snake biting its tail), and a honey-bee in Amber (not likely pre-historic, I would think modern bees, as an ancient bee would be much larger), Kohl stick, Egyptian Flint arrowhead, and a ring with an Alexander the Great coin in it.

Also who uses Shabtis in a necklace, anyway?

More Fake Coins

A set of coins from the Middle East -- various time periods included.

Some are "Roman, Egyptian, Alexander the Great, Bull & Horseman, Oriental, and Widow Mites."

Are they replicas?

Mummy case fragment

This cheap Mummy Case Fragment shows a wooden "plug" that connects to the coffin lid.  It was only $25.

M7 2016.

Another Mummy Portrait of a head rising from a Lotus Flower, as in Tut's tomb, was said to be from the Ptolemaic Period:

It is somewhat faded and in need of Conservation....

Real Faience is Green not Brown

Egyptian Faience is Green or Greenish blue, not brown.  It is a paste made of crushed Malachite or Copper.  It is fired up like ceramics.  Yet... A Brown Faience Shabty - probably made of Nile Mud, appeared on the market....

A Shabty is a Servant in the Afterlife.  Lord Osiris demands work from idle spirits so this substitute for burying live servants with the King came into vogue.  This one came with a plastic stand and "inscription."

Fake Coins

Alexander the Great did not make fake silver coins; you can tell by "cleaning it" with silver tarnish remover.  Also with the fake "Cleopatra 7 coins."

All were sold by SGAA:

Carnelian amulets and necklace

Carnelian is a type of orange or red stone used in jewelry and amulets.  I was sold a combo necklace purported to be "Roman" or "Egyptian" (the seller could not tell).  He must have stocks of these in storage. Plus add some "Egyptian Mummy Beads" for effect.

The other items here are a common "Thutmose 3" Scarab and a "Papyrus scepter amulet from the Amarna Period."

Old Kingdom Jars

My other prized possession was a "black alabaster stone kohl (Cosmetic) jar from the Old Kingdom."

It was modeled off of real ones, probably....

Sumerians sealed in fate

I also was interested in Acquiring Sumerian items.  I bought a "Seal" for $400 and a stone bracelet, and some "Sumerian Shell coins," purported to be the World's first currency.

Wonderful right? It was a fairey-tale with no happy ending.

Ancient Egyptians ire

I was interested in acquiring artifacts from Egypt since my interest in the subject after discovering I am reincarnated from there.  I was hoping for psychic data from the items.  Nothing sold by SGAA gave me any readings.  Except for the last one -- a tablet bearing the throne name of King Nebkheperura (Tutankhamon, son of Ra), which experienced a rain storm when I bought it (in NY) that followed it to my home (CA).  So naturally I thought it was real.  This was until I showed my prized possession to Egyptologists.

They said it was an item sold to Tourists in Egypt, not ancient.
They would know -- They travel to Egypt all the time.

May SGAA be cursed with the Name of Tutankhamon, Son of Ra! May their business shrink, May the owner be arrested for Fraud and Money Laundering, and May his seeds never blossom!

Introduction

Sadigh Gallery Ancient Art Co. is located in NY, USA.  It has a Gallery there.  The company sends its catalogs to people in the Postal Mail, or online in Social Media.  I originally found their company on a separate catalog company. They said they offer "low end artifacts."  This means "low quality."  Real Artifacts are expensive in the Artifact Trade, as in Sotheby's or Christie's or other Auctions.

I first bought from them thinking "Okay I would like to see if I can make a collection for a Museum exhibit one day."  I graduated from College with a degree in Archaeology in 1999.  Then I started buying items for study.  A few months later I discovered SGAA.

Buying Artifacts may be illegal under certain conditions -- if stolen for example from the country of origin.  So everything is Made in China, does that mean we must return EVERYTHING from China?  The idea borders on insanity.

Some cultures do not like their ancient heritage stolen.  But, do people actually "own" anything in the first place?  You are borrowing it.  You don't actually own anything.  It's like a Library of stuff.

Now Sadigh Gallery betrayed my trust.  I am not "stupid."  I am not gullible.  I was simply LIED TO.  This happens often on Earth.  But don't worry, there is a place in Aset Tchabet for people that do that.
